Banana blueberry bread is moist,delicious,tender and tasty when you use the right ingredients.
Here is the list of ingredients used in there order;
For the wet ingredients
1 mashed overripe banana
1 mashed ripe plantain
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
4 tbsp melted unsalted butter
For the dry ingredients
2 cups of Almond flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 sachet of stevia
Mix all the dry ingredients
Mix all the wet ingredients
Combine both of the them in a bowl and add the blueberries
Lay your parchment paper in a baking pan or grease the pan.
Add the mixture in the baking pan and bake at 350degree for 1 hr or til the inserted toothpick comes out clean.
