The lemon juice added to the banana was too much , it was mentioned 1/2 squeezed lemon but in the recipe link, it is actually 1 tbsp . My cake turned out to be too sour as 1/2 lemon was used . Take note

How many eggs? I saw 3 egg yolks. 3 egg whites too? Your recipe states 150 gm egg white.

Recipe needs 50g egg yolk, 150g egg white. Eggs has small, large, extra large. So depending on the size.

Thanks for getting back. If it is medium eggs, would 150 gm egg white be also 3 eggs? It's just that if uts not equal number of eggs, I don't know what to do with the extra yolk!
