I feel like Juggernaut would be an absolute terror in Image comics. Imagine if they went really hardcore with a character whose momentum couldn't be stopped. A simple finger flick to a person's head would essentially create a finger sized crevice in a person's skull

At this point, I'm starting to realize power scaling Marvel characters *is sort of like powerscaling Iced Coffee spilled in my lap* It's not really fun, consistency is consistently inconsistent & the harder I try the more fumed I get. No matter how you look at it, people can just do what ever their writers demand, there are no certain victory's or defeats in Marvel...

Was Juggernaut depowered here. Honestly it is hard to tell what Marvel comics want to do with his character. He is either an Anti villain or Anti hero depending on circumstances. Red hulk should be given his own series now that he returned to his moustached glory

No he wasnt depowered. This story took place after World War Hulk where he regained his full power, and before Fear Itself where he betrayed Cyttorak. But people like to claim he was depowered here to calm their bthurtness after he got beaten by King Hyperion. Furthermore he's taking on King Hyperion and Thor here, two characters that Marvel in their hierarchy classed above normal Juggernaut, a depowered Juggy got whooped by Captain Britain, Rhino, Sasquatch and according to the X-Men was said to be far weaker than Colossus. So he was defintely in his normal state here.

@@brothersofwrath4785 And Wolverine got beaten by deer. And Hulk by a snake. And Darkseid by stairs. Take writing with a grain. That still doesn't nullify who King Hyperion is, the Superman Prime of Marvel.

@@IStevenSeagal dude taking stuff out of context Here is not helping. Darkseid was severely drained when that happened btw King hyperion never beat 616 version of Marvel heroes so to say or performed anything on a remotely close degree

I'm guessing the Thunderbolts vs the Secret Avengers took place during the Secret Avengers comics because Captain America formed the team during the Heroic Age.

One of the very few characters to tank Thor's GodBlast is Cain Marko The Juggernaut! He of course was powered up. I dunno where the depowered statement originated.

Juggernaut does have powers in this comic though. He just isn’t powered by the gem anymore.

Imagine this was an empowered Juggernaut or 8th day Juggernaut, these 3 wouldn't even stand a chance. But I understand why, the Thunderbolt could only capture him and imprison him because he was depowered. This was exactly the Juggernaut after he fought ww hulk to a standtill or knock out Skaar with 3 powerful blows (even caused some Earthquake while doing so). The exact moment he was nerfed was after he absorbed the Enigma Force and became Captain Universe. Guess what, Cyttorak wasn't happy about that at all.
