Banshee Review Kings Island B&M Inverted Roller Coaster

This past August I was able to ride the longest inverted coaster in the world for the first time! Today you'll hear all of my thoughts about it, which includes the final score I give it at the end of the video!

Enthusiasts when the find out Taylor used to use "the" in front of coaster names: My disappointment is unmeasurable and my day is ruined.

That is the one BIG negative for this ride, the locker and not bringing anything. I have a fanny pack that WILL FIT on this ride--it's not big. I have glasses that I need to see with--it is a disability--and I have no place to put my glasses except my pack. So I have to walk through this line half-blind. Plus, I paid an admissions fee for the park and the rides are supposed to be included in that fee. Everyone brings in a pack of some type, so the lockers should be free. Real simple. Other than that, great experience, short lines and the ride is just stunning.

I love literally everything about Banshee.. The theme, aesthetics, elements, Banshee scream, Son of Beast memorial, sound the coaster makes, the sign, smoothness, and the restraints... Everything. It’s definitely my favorite, and it’s an amazing night ride (especially during Halloween Haunt).

I love that the Son of Beast has an “eternal flame” burning. I mean, it’s not lit here... but it’s a really nice touch. I have a soft spot for that ride... as much as it was a kidney killer.

Your reviews are great. Nice speaking voice and you make a person actually want to ride ! I'm from Ohio and grew up on Kings Island and Cedar Point! Miss them both!

banshee is by far my favorite at kings island so happy you reviewed it!

Banshee is currently my #4 steel coaster, honestly love it. And one quick side note, Fire Hawk also requires you to use a locker and I believe most of the time so does Flight of Fear, that really frustrates me because I have a season pass and although I can pass on the X-Base coasters, I would never do so for Banshee. SO I NEVER BRING MY DRINK CUP INTO THE PARK. I recently went to both SF:SL and GAm and I found that ALL coasters had a spot to put your drink cups even if other luggage wasn't allowed which was absolutely awesome! I just wish they did that as well...
