but how can you get 7.4volt from a powerbank man? powerbank output is around 5 volt or something no?

Step up transformer most likely in the USB adapter.

While your USB - Gator clamp harness is cool, and universal. It looks like the gator clamps could get knocked off, if bumped, and cause a catastrophic failure event!? Maybe? ☢️

It's protected so nothing will happen. Also, 7.4v at such a low amp wouldn't do much. 😎
