I'm guessing the deadlift should have been replaced with a row to get some back work as there is the rdl + front squats targeting the legs n some calf n shrugs would have made it a 10 exercises full body annihilation. good job.

Good workout. I really enjoy it. Only problem is that, If you want to do this 5-times a week, you should do it with lighter weights. Cause using heavy weights, i'ts bad for your joints
@BlueStarNutraceuticals4 жыл бұрын
Using heavy weights actually isn't bad for your joints. Performing exercises with poor form or exercises that place your joints in a compromised position is bad for them. Lifting heavy weights actually helps to improve joint health, as well, strengthening the muscles around affected joints helps improve function and ease pain with issues such as osteoarthritis. Only if you're trying to lift more weight than you can actually control or practising bad technique will weightlifting cause issues for your joints. So don't be afraid to train heavy - as long as you're paying attention to form and proper execution! If you're unsure how to do an exercise, always best to seek out some extra assistance from a reputable professional. 💪💪

Hi. Thank's for the tip. Can i use heavy dumbells, If i'm not able to use barbell? Keep up the good work :)
@BlueStarNutraceuticals4 жыл бұрын
@@mikaelsiren5386 Absolutely. Just make sure you keep things under control. Dumbbells have more freedom of movement so they require more focus to control and keep form tight.

can i do the set A and B every day with once? or twice? 6 times a day and Sunday will be my rest. is It okay? sorry I'm new here. :) Thank you!
@BlueStarNutraceuticals4 жыл бұрын
It's best to train only 3-5 days per week, to ensure you're able to recover between workouts. If you don't give enough time to rest and recover you will not be able to continue making progress.

Excruuuuciating...... One query....is it the must to have the same weights in all the exercises??? Pl answer
@bryancooper20904 жыл бұрын
No you just use 75% of your 1 rep max. For example if the maximum weight you can bench press is 100 pounds you would put 75 pounds on the bar for your set of 8 reps. Do this math for every excersise before starting and if possible set your weights out so you dont waste time looking for them while setting up between excersises. Hope this helps.

Are straight sets fullbody better than giant sets for hypertrophy ?
@BlueStarNutraceuticals3 жыл бұрын
Neither one is necessarily better or worse than another for hypertrophy. Some styles of training will work better for one person compared to another. Sometimes switching things up from one style to another can help trigger new muscle growth by providing a new stimulus your body isn't used to as well. Just have to try things out and see what you enjoy best and what works best for you.
