I had no idea Barbie was so sensible. She's just like the rest of us, and she feels pain, makes mistakes, and, most importantly, learns from them. I don't recall ever seeing any of her movies or shows, save from when she was on pbb, and only when she was involved in a controversy. The wound of not having a father by your side while growing up is often overlooked and hindi natin namamalayan na sa paglipas ng panahon, makikita mo na lang unti-unti yung mga negatibong epekto nun sa every aspect ng buhay mo. Yung akala mo okay ka at tanggap mo na wala kang Tatay o Nanay. It doesn't get any better until you deal with the wound and root once and for all and be totally set free from it. At isa sa pinaka-importanteng key ay Forgiveness... I am blessed to have both my Mother & Father with me all the time until now. Yet I understand the pain of those who don't and I sympathize with them. At mas lalo ko silang naintindihan after watching Barbie's interview.

my partner suffers with depression and him being diabetic made it worse. i had traumas and anxiety that started way back in the beginning of our relationship. we've been toxic for a very long time but we hold onto each other umabot din kami sa time we physically hurt each other he would push me away, lagi syang nangiiwan but I often beg for him to stay and after the fight we would make up. Ngayon, with God's grace he made us better, naging maayos ung relationship and family namin. Naging mas happy na kami it was all thanks sa friends namin na walang sawang nagaadvice ng maayos. I thank God hindi kami napunta sa mga maling kaibigan. The last fight we had, I open it up to a friend and she told me how depression works and how it would look like. A person who's depressed may or may not lose passion in everything. That's why they needed a strong support system. I was happy to hear that kasi kahit gano kahirap at sakit di ko piniling umalis at magloko. Little did I know na may kinakausap din pala ung partner ko sa work nya, he told my partner that we should rely on each other kasi walang ibang tutulong kundi ang partner mo. He told me everything pagkauwi nya and up until this day bihira kami magaway, now we know how to control each others emotions. We grew understanding each other. We grew loving each other deeply..
