I'd personally get rid of pots and pans. It sucks having to worry about them eating everything you put in the pond. Plus you have fish you can put in there already to replace them

You should feed pots whole tilapia instead and just trim the spines. It will take longer for him to digest it

As a controls engineer I would add a light curtain, essentially what that does would set off an alert to your phone, or alarm, or even can send an email to alert or however you wanted it to work, when the beam is broken which there would be a beam across the whole top of the pond. That way if a fish jumps out it'll be notified and might be able to save it if you're home or someone is home.

You guys should add some type of mesh or netting over the top of the monster pond to help prevent future jumpers!! 🤔🤷🏻♂️ just an idea and I’d say it’s not a bad one lol. I’ve seen it in other creators ponds and it’s for sure a full proof preventative measure for your cause!!

it was. they would've gulped it though. (Sadly) and they lose color the larger they get (depending on the specimen) some keep their color. would've been a nice addition to the pond but might be time to upscale it Pots and Pans are just way too big. they got the swimming room they need but there's no way they're really gonna be able to put anything else in there and maybe that's just the camera not making it look as big as it really is. They're just so big they make it look small.

Nah, a shark wouldn’t work Blacktips or Whitetips wouldn’t have enough room to swim Small sharks like catsharks might risk getting attacked by the groupers unless they’re big enough to not get gulped
