In this video I take my 1995 GMC Suburban (OBS, K1500, GMT800), which hasn't been washed in a very long time and give it a good wash with a ceramic spray wax coating to finish it off. The ceramic spray wax I'm using is by Turtle Wax and is called 'Turtle Wax Minute Wax'. This product seems to be a pretty decent product and is very affordable. To wash the truck I used another very affordable option called 'Purple Power Wash & Wax'. This product was just okay. I was expecting a lot more suds. After washing the drivers side of the truck I decided to wash the rest of the truck with a car wash soap that I've had for a very long time by Meguiar's called 'Carnauba Wash & Wax'. This proved to be a great comparison because it really showed the difference in 'sudsing' ability.
I also featured a pressure washer that I've owned for years by SunJoe (SPX3500) which I really like.

Jimmy,Its time to purchase a Foam Cannon. You can get the Sooprinse Cannon Cheap,then replace the filter with the MJJC Filter and it performs Top Quality.

I use Meguiar's Ultimate Products to polish my Camry. For windows I use Stoner Invisible Glass Cleaner. It works. I'm beginning to use Hybrid Ceramic and Glass Cleaner it works well too. This is on a 2000 Camry LE.

Have you tried Meguiars Ultimate Wash and Wax? It's the bright yellow formula and it's what I use to wash my Jeep.

I have a white 95 blazer and the paint work looks identical and yeaa i used the same turtle wax and it looked beautiful 😢i might have to let it go soon the engine going bad i think

Youre not supposed to lol it ruins your seals you can ceramic coat them if the ceramic coat works for glads but never wax it

Your Suburban needs a led bulb back on your headlights It will make your suburban look so modern that way. On my 2018 chevy traverse had a after market 6000k bulb xenon headlights of After market led bulbs on my fog lights I have a 2014 chevy traverse have a after market led bulb on headlights of fog lights. On 2 chevy traverse look lot Nicer with those Newer style lighting. Both had all wheel drive

Some of that really cheap soap is not that good if you want something that is going to be thicker and glide better when you wiping the towel over the paint. I would go for like R1 coatings soap, or chemical guys. I personally have both I think they’re better than Maguire and that’s also why it’s cheaper rather than the little more expensive stuff.

Jimmy, they make soap for pressure washing that suds up super thick. Foam cannon style. I think your washer might be able to handle it. It's thick! You should check some of that out one day. It basically eliminates the need for a soap bucket.

This was a some what underwhelming 1road video , he usually goes over the top on the research and has a lot of cool things to say and speculate on , but this act of car washing was pretty intensely rookie vibe , I expected much more from him Step one - let’s get a microfiber WASH MIT! With long fingers ! That will also help increase the suds! Also maybe foam cannon instead of the soap dispenser in the pressure washer

Idk u washed away the original dirty from the factory and the new chinese dirt is going to ruin the quality. Should have kept the oem dirt on it. Hope u saved it so u can put it back on later. Keep it stock

More than a little dirty. If you notice on the door panels there’s literally no shine left. Covered in grime. But, that IS a benefit of white paint that it looks cleaner longer. 👍
