I don’t care what people say about JOSE CANSECO and what he did , he was still one of the most amazing baseball players ever!!! 👍🏻

Man I was born in 1974 and baseball was the first entertainment I fell in love with,Been a Red Sox fan since about 7 yrs old,as that's when I started watching and trying to learn the game but Jim Rice was my fav player but I caught only a few good seasons from him, nothing like his late 70's MVP runs, but when JOSE broke in I was blown away with that dudes crazy bat speed and in the late 80's-early 90's Rice retired and Sox didnt really have anybody that was truly captivating so I started following Cansecos career and he was my favorite player in my teen yrs,but I just looked up his stats cuz I just remembered his power and his 40/40 season so I was someehat surprised how much better JIM RICES stats were,he was a better hitter all around,by kind of a lot!!But man in that 3 or 4 yr run late 80's-early 90's CANSECO was the best player in the league kind of larger then life, quite literally!!😂😂

He just never looked "right" in a uniform that wasn't belonging to the A's.. This is vintage right here!

I don’t think Tony La Russa willfully approved this trade.

Those sacrificial fans were the highlight though. Truly amazingly entertaining.
