Amazing setup. Thanks for the video. I’m in clinicals now and I’m about to go in to do my first case like this one. This is super helpful! I’ll let you know how it goes. I realize doctors have different preferences by this gives me a really good idea of what to expect!

I love you but... I see strike through on that mayo and wet gauzes? I know its surgeons preference but still, I see contamination. Its minimal but in school they teach me all that can lead to contamination. I feel bad that in real life I guess things don't always go by the book. But I think maintaining the integrity if the sterile field is so important.

My gauze are wet cause I probably spilled some saline but it's sterile though. Also you're exactly how I was in school but wait till u get into clinicals. You'll learn how to mind your business and focus on your part. I wouldn't wanna correct a surgeon on how to scrub his hands would I? No one really goes by the book and that's exactly why my channel is created to let you see how it is in real life so u won't be shocked as much just like I was when I started.

Oh dear and then they teach us to speak up … ohh my .. I imagine there’s a balance… like obvious contamination I’d speak up but I’ll need to learn to mind my own business when it comes to smaller things. Still love ya.
