I screwed it down with about 5 stainless screws

Did you change out the existing rod holder? How hard is it to take out a rod on the bottom? Thanks, great job!

No I didn’t take out anything! I just put all my rods in rod socks, they slide right in.

Dang bro that’s nice. I made one similar but yours turned out better than mine. Can you tell me how to find the latches that you used. I ordered some but they didn’t work with my 3/4” plywood.

How difficult is it to get to the storage under the original deck. Looks like it would be a bit troublesome.
