After getting every single trophy from the Arkham Trilogy (I’m planning to get all the trophies in single player on Arkham Origins), the pain was something else🤕

If you do catwoman's first for riddler's revenge you won't feel any strain about doing the challenges again on different characters. Or at least that was for me, just getting back the "normal" traversal of gargoyles was enough to lift my spirit up. Not to mention when you go back to batman you can start the stealth stages one-shotting any one enemy with sonic batarang, as well as freezing another one in place for a while. Even if you are stuck on something deep down you know batman can handle it unlike catwoman.

I still remember I did all 816/816 challenges, all dlc and all extra bonus stages. Played the F out this game for 6 months back when it released. Good old days of gaming. Long gone

City is an amazing game but yes, the platinum almost made me rip my hair out! Massive congrats dude!!

The Arkham plats are something else, I've done City and Asylum three times each, about to have done done Origins for a second time and going to do Knight a third. I know how hard those Riddler challenge maps get man, especially the Catwoman ones, you did an awesome job, congrats on getting it done.

The worst part is the Riddler campaigns. I already did these fucking challenges, but now I have to do 3 of them again with limited retries and dumbass modifiers. There's a reason these things didn't return in Origins or Knight

Batman Arkham City is my favourite Arkham game and also in my top 10 favourite games OAT. The only downside is that the 100% is infuriating but I love a good challenge. Thanks for making this video!

Doing those insane campaigns at the end were some of the most fun parts of completing the game. Frustrating as hell in some instances sure.

3:56 106h, this guy finished quickier than many other youtubers who do platinum series, yet he "Seem" to be struggling much more. I call that honesty. I really appreciate a guy who actually show his fails and not just the mission accomplished screen with a "That was kinda of tricky" comment. 15:12 I felt that in a personal level, because I did the exact same thing. Stupid no back tracking map... 25:30 Yeah...Catwoman's moves get from sexy to annoying really really fast once you're desperately trying to knock down an enemy and get the hell out of there before the others show up, but she's too busy giving him little caresses

I could never get the combat challenges done in Asylum, but I was insanely proud of myself for getting all the combat challenges done in City for Batman/Catwoman/Robin/Nightwing. Took so much work, but I doubt I could ever pull it off again. I haven't even touch that Riddler campaign stuff, since predator challenges kick my ass.

For anyone else who wants to platinum this, here's some tips from someone who has so many saves of Arkham City on both ps3 and 4 and that I know this part of Gotham like I live there: 1.) Combo takedowns are your friend. They look cool, keep your meter going, and are not counter-able by any thug, even the shield or brutes, and sometimes other enemies will say something like "ooh that hadta hurt" or "HE JUST BROKE HIS DAMN ARM!" and in Arkham Knight, doing them will sometimes cause enemies to flee (in the open map, not in a building) 2.) During the Funhouse trains fight with Joker, you can and should throw enemies onto the tracks when they light up, it normally stuns them for a longer time than a Bat-stun, or fully knocks them out depending on their health or how high your combo meter is. 3.) You can quick fire the REC, the sticky explosive or the Batclaw on the bigger enemies like the Titans or the Abramovich twins and it causes them to flail about and hit other enemies, sometimes knocking them out. Same thing with the REC and the shield or mele weapon enemies. 4.) If you do an inverted takedown, when another enemy comes to check on them, if they are standing in the right place, you can use a batarang on the cord holding them up and when they fall, there's a chance it can stun or knock out the enemy beneath them, or, if you want to do something really cool, put explosive gel down, then go up, wait for an inverted takedown, and when someone comes to see, hit the gel and get an easy hit on that one. 5.) Also, he didn't show it in the video, but if you really need your detective mode, and there's a jammer that has to wait until last, hit him with the REC, and skedaddle before he is even hit by it, it knocks out the jammer, and when he gets up, the jammer guy will look for you for a few seconds before fixing the jammer, giving you time to strategize.

I know you've already finished this but the section with Mr. Hammer is really easy if you have the bat stun and lower combo upgrades and you use them whenever he attacks

I have done the platinum trophy of Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Knight 3 times. For me it was not really challenging but there are some hard parts.

I platted asylum in like 22 hours in about a weeks time in January then jumped right onto city to start the same journey that was 3 months ago and I’m at like 78 hours 😂 it’s been a debilitating experience but like Batman I’m not giving up just need to get through new game plus and Robin and nightwing campaigns and it’s killing me

Teardown is basically Thief Simulator with no limitations. Destroy walls, build bridges, carry safes you need to steal - all that matters is the speed of the operation W plat btw

Torture? The Batman trophies are probably the most fun single player trophies. I got every single one, all DLC included, and aside some racing track trophies from Arkham Knight, they were very chill. The Origins MP was a drag, mainly because it was boring. The Batman trophy difficulty is around a 5 out of 10, compared to something like Wolfenstein 2. 😅 That's a No thanks out of 10.

What were you going through the story without knocking out side stuff and leveling up for? No armor or anything during those fights. I’m about to be done with the plat for this game and hard wasn’t horrible imo. Especially with having the armor and health upgraded.

Asylum hard difficulty was easy. So i decide why not play city on hard too even it's not required for platinum. I made a big mistake and have to endure playing city on hard until the end because i already collected 40% of the riddler trophies.
