Today I will explore Batticaloa, a city that remains me a bit of a lost and forgotten place. The earliest writings I could find, is dating back to only the sixth century of Anno Domini and it was not much.

Then once again, in Nineteen eighty three, when Sri Lanka was embroiled into a civil war that lasted for almost twenty six years, Batticaloa was almost erased from the map and forgotten by the foreign tourists.

Enjoy all vicinities of my country, also it is easy to move to all historical places, natural beauties and other places in a few hours . People also rather hospitable. Anyway visit all possible lovely places and have a utmost satisfaction trough this trip. God bless you.

Thanks, my videos are uploaded in sequence of my trip. I.e. last destination was Trincomalee, this one is in Batticaloa and the next one is in Arugam Bay
