Heard a couple of stories about this company... I heard one about an old woman who brought a car from them when a wheel fell off as it drove out of the yard... Seams they made threats of actual violence to her....an old lady.. because she simply asked for it to be repaired...

Why would any company owner behave like that in front of the cameras? They must know that anyone watching would never consider buying a car from such a shocking business.

This is common everywhere in the world. The most important thing to do when buying from them is take a mechanic or someone who knows about cars with you.

Car trader's that screw customers shouldn't be in the car trade yes I understand cars bought in good faith and sold in good faith but there is a law for selling an item that is supposed to be working and fully functional as it says on eBay with used goods the car wasn't to a road worthy standard and should've been properly put right or even replaced for a car that was to a road worthy standard

Servat came back charged up like a bull thinking if he acts angry the crew will leave.... it couldn’t have gone any worse for him. You can actually tell by his body language how nervous he is, the anger is just an act, I’ve seen this type of behaviour before, he really didn’t want to be there.

It's very common for foreigners across Europe to do shady deals and rip offs like this, it happens all the time, and it hurts the image alot.

In all seriousness if you ever do a business deal the most honorable people (huge generalisation) are: English, German, Japanese, Czech, Polish, American, Spanish and Indian. These are just personal observations over 10-12 years.

I agree people should swerve this place, however just listen to the faults Matt is on about at the beginning, 1. bumper hanging off, did they not notice it hanging off before they bought it? in any case its easily sorted for a few pounds. 2. batter terminals loose, wtf!!!! just tighten up with a 10mm spanner. 3. "alternator probably ready for a change!!! an alternator either works or it doesn't and once again a cost of maybe £100 to replace. So he's implying they were overcharged £1500 for about £120 of minor repairs!!! I work in the industry that car sounds like its fully serviceable, there is no drama here at all. I agree these minor issues should have been addressed before sale but as usual, its hyped and dramatised for your entertainment
