Ye the nova(especially awa nova) content landscape is scarce

@@msfortuknit i have no idea, but yes she plays somewhat similar to dk in awakening, but still very unique. I have no idea why a lot of people think nova was dissappointing, she is just not a top3 class, but still very good and fun

Dear Mister Olsen, the less grabs are possible the more we can have a real fight with tension and that last more than 2 or 3 seconds. Relying on grabs is the easy way for people with no wish to evolve, meaning unskilled ones taking advantage of a game mechanic that makes fighting dull and repetitive. Your post is 2 months old and if you get my answer I am happy to announce the nerf of Perma grabs. "Grab players" will have a hard-time. And concerning Lahn succession, she doesn't need grab, since literally all her sills are protected. And Corsair will lose some abusive protection she has on some skills. Well, in BDO it's time now to use braincells. A much awaited rework even if some classes ... RIP awakend DK got literally killed by the rework suggestions.

All solid combos yeah. I try to avoid using shift Q as its usually fairly poor DPS compared to the rest of the kit. But sometimes better skills are on cooldown. Thank you for sharing

Very late response but basically nothing, only requirements to unlock Quoratum's Earth, your grab, Shift F maybe and maybe Shift E if you need some burst healing in PvE.

This one is called black shudad. Its usually an event costume and can be hard to get outside of the event

It is worth it to get back attacks in pvp absolutely. It will do increased damage just the same as down attacks or air attacks would

In pvp I dont use too much pre awaken. The grab Punishing Trap, Rime Ice, Quoratums Earth (rabam) are my main used. Then if you want you can grab the 4 "command" skills towards the bottom of the tree. Shift+f, shift+q, shift+lmb, shift+rmb. They arent necessary but can be useful in some cases. Then the buff skill giving 50 dp and quoratums protection buffing the block and the command passed pawn skill to buff the pawns. Should be all good

Nah I've always been a DK player and Nova was just a side project for a while. So after the rework I'm just playing Dk. Nova didn't come out of the rework in an amazing spot for pvp. Still super strong in pve though

Its a bug yeah that for some reason has yet to be fixed. I find the best way to counter it is aim above the character. Its not always 100% but it tends to help. This bug will happen with any SA block class like warrior, valk and guardian.

I tend to use comet after riposte to allow for the target to fall for the downattack of starfall. And starfall does significantly more damage than riposte, so I would rather empower starfall instead of riposte since they nerfed air attacks a while back.

@@RainbowSushiii nah you just misunderstand the point of the video. The video is meant for someone new to the class. The idea is to start practicing the easy combos and then add skills until you get to the combo at 1:20 . There is never a time I simply use an easy combo, I always use the extended combos with the skills that are off cooldown. If you can kill someone with the easy combo, then you are fighting someone way below your gear level and the intricates in your first message don't matter anyway lol.

It would be the same. Since the combo starts with grab into a lunge, just continue on with the combo from the point of lunge. So remise riposte etc. Just be sure to wait to use starfall until they are on the ground for the down attack.

id guess go with quoratum’s earth for the down smash and do more damage with skills after that?

@@scarrundir3150 chase = run or whatever its called. Compared to the other melee classes like warrior or musa , Nova has GIANT GAPS. And when you get kd. Your dead. So not very good IMO

@@edgarfigueiredo579 Hmm, well I have yet to find any gaps in her skills besides a few attack skills have super armors that end very quickly so you can't linger in them, so I just cancel the end animation with a dash. For example S+F isnt super armor for the last stab, so I cancel the skill before the last stab. I'd love to help you sort out the gaps you are experiencing, but without more information on what they are I can't really help. Not sure if chase=run is referring to the break orbit dash or the twisted orbit dash flow. Nova has so many movement skills, I would need it narrowed down.

You did mention you played on console, maybe theres an issue with console that Im not aware of. If you are just doing the break orbit dash once without the stabing dash flow, just use the back step block after the dash to instantly go into forward guard. We call it S block on pc, not sure what console would call it. Another thing to keep in mind is if you use the flow, they share seperate cooldowns. The first dash is 1 second CD while I think the flow is 3 seconds. So you can't always spam the flow as it will still move you but not be SA
