I bought this as a total impulse buy while watching another influencer rave about it (Shea). I had never heard of it before, but paused the video and ordered it. I had never used a flat iron to curl my hair before, but was intrigued by the air flow component. And I am happy to say that I had great results the very first time I used it. And I am not someone who is great styling their own hair - if I have a special occasion to attend, I always get a professional blowout. But this tool has me very impressed, and I will probably spend a lot less money at the salon now since I can get pretty darn good results at home. 😊

As someone with super thick, naturally curly hair, I can attest that natural curls are not uniform. When you started to tussle out your hair, towards the end of the vid, I was absolutely stunned 😲! Glamorous, film star tresses galore 😍😍😍. So beautiful Tara, I wash my hair once every 7 to 10 days, anymore would really dry out my already dry hair (if you know what I mean). Naturally curly hair tends to be quite dry. Love yooooooooooo ❤⭐❤⭐❤⭐❤

I am so excited to watch as I love beachy waves!! 😊 Hey Tara, I discovered with the Dyson Airwrap you can manually wrap the hair around the tool, instead of letting it suck the hair up, and it also creates beachy curls which I love. Just thought I'd mention it just in case. I am definitely intrigued by this product too! I love curly wavy hair!!!

I love Lange! The only dry shampoo I actually like and love their brushes too. Have been using their stuff for years. Actually just stocked up on the Replenish for my daughters hair for detangling. I always use that on her hair before I brush it because she used to throw a fit and not let me brush it. The thermal spray smells like jolly ranchers. All their stuff is amazing and I actually forgot to mention since I started using everything years ago that Lange is how I grew my hair back so quickly. My hair was really damaged and was cut extremely short since it was so damaged. I grew my hair to my shoulders within a year by training my hair. I would recommend their stuff to anyone so Tara is not steering y’all wrong but anyone that is a regular here should know that. I have several of the hair tools and a dryer too and that also helped from not damaging my hair within the growing process. So easy to use too.

Your hair looks amazing, I have naturally Curly hair so I do have curls all year long. That curling iron looks mazing that will be the perfect gift for my daughter since she has strigh hair. I just bought this tool and my curls are a little whack 😅 So I’m going to try this technique next time. Question: How do you prevent pulling out hairs? I noticed that the tool pulled out quite a few of mine. How do I avoid hairs getting stuck?

Tara, love how your hair came out. I have been saving for a while to get the Dyson Airwrap but the only attachments I really need are the barrels to get the bouncy waves. In you opinion do you feel this is better than the dyson for the wave look and longevity? I do wear extensions as well so I am looking to get the best of either of these two devices. I just don't want to waste my money as they are both expensive.

Can you tell me what temp you had it set on? I have weft hair extensions also (first timer with extensions….I absolutely LOVE them!) and I ordered this tool and just got it. I tried two curls and it was NOT a success. Lol. I realize I need to practice, but was curious about what temp you were set on?

It's actually my new favorite tool, along with the Dyson. I love using the Dyson for those loose whispy curls, and when I want a tighter curl, I am using this tool. It's a different curl than what the Dyson provides, and there is a learning curve similar to the Dyson, it takes a minute to get used to wrapping (only if you haven't used a straighter to curl your hair. I hadn't used one, so it took me a minute to get the hang of it 😁) But now when I go on vacation, I'll be taking my Dyson and this Le Duo Grande. It provides tighter curls with those straight ends. It's fun to use, something to change things up😁

Lange is easier to use I think if you haven’t ever used the air wrap and Lange holds a curl a lot longer. Lange tools also won’t damage your hair like dyson too. They have a different kind of technology that won’t fry your hair.

Lange tools won’t damage your hair like the dyson won’t. I’d say Lange is easier to use and of course a lot less expensive. I have both

Lange uses the same kind of technology that won’t damage your hair. Not exactly the same as dyson but none of the Lange tools will damage your hair. You of course should still use the heat protectant and everything but the tools don’t burn your hair or anything. 10/10 recommend. Lange saved my hair and I grew my hair fast training my hair and using their products and tools.

@@cherylb_88 Thank you for that detailed information. I’ve seen the brand online but wasn’t sure about it, great insight!!! My hair is curly and highlighted so heat protection is a MUST for me. I’ll probably pick up the smaller tool since my hair is not as long as Tara’s. I love how they have different sizes. Thanks again!!!😘

Thank you so much. I have enjoyed it dark for the last few years. I used to have soft highlights through it, but I'm enjoying it dark. As far as the color goes, my stylist keeps it a secret, lol. But I can tell you I'm a level 4, and she adds a little gold to give it a shine. She uses the brand GK, but I am not sure of the exact color. 😏

I've done it both ways, but the Dyson isn't necessary unless you want more volume at the roots. In this video I just blew my hair dry and didn't use the Dyson air wrap or round brush😁❤️

They're definitely different in a few ways. The airwrap gives me volume looser curls, this tool keeps them tighter and longer lasting. I love both of the tools equally but for different reasons. I would definitely pick this straighter over the Dyson straightener because it curls the hair as well, and the vents help the curls to set and last. But as far as the air wrap, I wouldn't call this a replacement, but something I use after my Dyson if If I want tighter curls and beachy straight ends. Hope that makes sense🤪🤪❤️❤️

Tara can tell you her opinion but if you want a second one hers mine. Lange tools have a different kind of technology like the dyson that also won’t damage or fry your hair but I think the curls from Lange last longer. Depends on what style you want and how long you want your curls to last. I know several people that have a dyson that can’t get a curl to last longer than a hour with their dyson. I have both and if you want noticeable curls that will last then the Lange gives that to you

I love watching all of your makeup tutorials. But you ranting and raving about this new straightener you did the same thing with the Dyson air rap. Stop Pushing these gadgets when they're so high priced I'm a little disappointed.
