Was just watching - and what you were saying about your voicemails…I know exactly what you’re talking about. I lost my father almost two years ago and I have a voicemail from my birthday also. I wish I had others- he called all the time to check in too. Anyway- your hair looks great and just thought I’d say I can totally relate.

Mine does not clamp like this. It seems very lose and I don’t get curls right away even in the highest setting and I’ve been doing my hair for years so I’m an expert when it comes to using tools and curling my hair and I just can’t say my tool works as good as yours. Maybe I got a defective one

Oh no! Have you reached out to L'ange about it? Mine doesn't clamp down hard, just enough to hold the hair in place.
