Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the video! 😊 This video is from before the M200 was released. I have personally worked with the M200 many times and really enjoyed working with it. It got great ergonomics, makes superb coffee and you can play around with the preinfusion or even pressure profiles on the M200 Profile. And a big plus for the M200 is the pour over function for making filter coffee.
