The difference with romero is when things arent going well he does something about it. Its not just popping up in unusual places. Its about taking the initiative to make an impact on the game to change the flow. We have too many guys that pass the ball onto the next guy and let them be the solution. Only romero kulusevski bentancur has shown it.

I think Romero hit the post twice, Sonny could have done better when he was played through to goal, Van De Ven looked barely offside .. i think Spurs were unfortunate to be 0-3 at half time. A much better overall performance compared to Newcastle and Fulham. Arsenal just looked much sharper which makes sense if you compare the fortnight leading up to the game. It's nice to see a manager have the balls to be different and not just reactive tactically. Give him a chance, season one isn't even over yet!

I don't buy the nonsensical narrative coming from Ange,I don't care where we finish in the league it's about the team progress,well surely the position you finish in is a small clue in what progression the team is making based on a 38 game season. It sounds more like a bloke that knows it's unlikely that the team he's managed all season won't make the top 4 & take part in the best competition Europe has to offer,well sounds like he's chatting shite to me,but that's just my opinion. All this big Ange hype,but so far I'm not seeing anything special,just another manager that's failed at Spurs,next season will be more revealing & time will show if this guy is as good as the hype would suggest he is.....💩⚽......👏.!!!!

Okay maybe lying a little lol he's real issue is with VAR he feels the control is being taken away from the Refs,which is not completely true as VAR hardly wants to overturn a refs onfield decision,But then again when Other managers brought this up he advocated for refs

@KitzlerM.Dietrich I took that as a message, mainly to the other players. The hunger in the sense the journalist asked can't be learned, but through effort and experiences self belief can. That's how I understood that distinction. To me he isn't just talking to the journalists but to the ideas they're discussing, or inferring. Could be wrong but that's how I've always understood it.
