Cusotmer complaint on this washer was that it would not go into the rinse cycle. Once the wash cycle ends the washer would just stop. These washers' use cold water on every rinse and they are smart enough to know there is a problem so this prevents any further damage to the machine. The cold water valve failed on this machine and needed to be replaced. We replace it and show you how to test these valves on this thing. Good luck!
