They almost never did just breakdance battles. A lot of times when that happened fistfights and worse would break out. Crews would have beef and solve it via fights just like any other crew. It wasn't like violence only started happening more recently.

@mysterymediacorp In case you missed it. It was just jab at how soft this country has become. You're thinking way to much into it my man and you're a fool if you don't think the sjw's wouldn't have anything to say. They're telling the networks to pull Rudolph the red nose reindeer because there is bullying in it. Soft soft soft was my point.

One of my all-time favourite...changed my life forever...I had done 3 of the 5 elements...I B-boyed when I was a teen til mid 20s...at the same time did graf with UKT in Nz in the late 80s...then Dj'd til 2000 & still have all my equipment & krates of records (I couldn't rap for shit or beatboxed either lol)...Only problem I had was the missing scenes shown in the trailer...wished they had a directors cut or showed the deleted scenes...& the music on the movie was enough to make a vol.3 or 4...some of those tracks weren't on the soundtracks & I've been hunting for 30yrs to find em but to no avail...would be nice if Arthur baker released those hidden gems for us fans too...other than that, this movie was my shizzzz!!
