Willam is probably one of the nicest people if you meet her in person. Insult comedy isn't about being a bully, it's about laughing about others while laughing at yourself, too. Go watch the Spongebob episode "Squirrel Jokes." I'm sure it's perfect for conveying this simple concept to people. Insult comedy is a perfectly legitimate form of entertainment.
