There's more, in the studio (EVOGA) there were also Japanese developers, between them and the Mexican developers (Which i guess they were also present during the development of kof 2001) they had some kind of gamble playing Kof 98 as a salty runback because SNK lost the last time, the director of EVOGA (Angel) vs SNK's Kof 2001 staff's best players, the mexican one won the games and the character ended up being called Angel, if they lost they would have let SNK to design a character for ROTD butr at the same time pay 5000 USD to brezzasoft. Since the character was already planned to be female and the name is for male people (at least in mexico), they later made it so Angel is pronounced "An-Hell", as in "An hell/she is from hell", the whole point is that it is pronounced the same way as it is pronounced in Spanish and not English. Long story short is that because of this we have a character named Angel, is mexican and loves tacos. That's how the character was born but also means there's a character who was never born and someone else was made in their place. It could be that Angel's design was the character that was originally going to end up in ROTD or another one all together. Either way it is very likely that Angel would have existed anyway but with a different name and nationality

@@sgnitzlennahv that's because you probably have played Gill a ton of times and now you can beat him easily. You can beat any end boss if you play them enough.

@@megatron1877 not really, a lot of snk bosses especially, Doesn't matter how many times you played them they're still hard and a pain to beat, You have to cheat by exploiting the hole in the ai gameplay to beat them everytime. Gill on the other hand you can beat him by playing normally even on hardest difficulty especially if you're good with parrying. To me fighting akuma is harder than gill in sf3.

I wonder if boondocks saw this cause I think this game predates the show... unless he was in the comic strip or something.

I rage like a demon when fighting SNK bosses. Still I absolutely love playing SNK fighters. KOF is my 3rd favourite fighting series.
