There must be something you can do until you get yourself sorted, firstly you need to talk to the shelter and explain your situation to see if they can help you both in any way?? She is in a KILL SHELTER, do you understand what this means for her?? The shelter staff aren’t monsters and I’m sure will do everything they can to help save a beautiful girl like Bella, PLEASE GO AND TALK TO THEM, EXPLAIN YOUR SITUATION CALMLY and ask them for their help as you don’t want to lose your beautiful girl and best friend??
