Of the Big Three, I feel like JYP loves to sit on their talent the most. SM let’s their artist do as they want as long as they can get a cut and YG loves their dungeon, but they still give more creative control and opportunities to produce. JYP on the other hand will keep you to your contract and then ignore your existence if your not what they want at the moment. I’m really concerned for their groups with their plans on releasing so many groups in the next two years. Stray Kids and ITZY might be big now, but look at how GOT7 was treated as JYP had other things to focus on. And TWICE don’t get a lot of focus; JYP basically expect the fans to just be there already and don’t do much to grow the fan base or even renew their interest. The constant shutting down of their artist talent if it’s not something they like or “vibe with” is getting old.

Society should change , teenagers have a dream which they wish to accomplish. This manager, director should think before giving a role to anyone...

Lots of things would be different if it's what the idol wants, if they have a choice and can use their voice. Then you can't blame the company for forcing them. Honestly the only thing I really love about how Americans (where I'm from.) Manage music is that it's the opposite.
