I agree! When it comes to staying motivated on challenging days, It's essential to give yourself short breaks to recharge. Variety can be a great motivator. If I'm feeling stuck or unmotivated, I might switch tasks or work on something different for a while. Changing the environment, such as working from a different location or using a standing desk, can also help.

I have to wake up at 5 am to have a bit of a morning as I have to leave at 6 am to work. If I want a bit of a longer morning with stretching/workout, I will be waking up at 4:30 am. But I am in bed around 8pm.
