I feel like I have been in a slump since 2020. I want to get out of it, and recently, I have been as to get out of it for a couple of days at a time, but then I crash again for like a week/month. Any advice from anyone?

Don't wait for motivation and keep pushing every day without making excuses. Even on days, you feel like not doing workiuts, convince yourself for a 10 min stretch and it will get you back on track. Focus on being consistent, no matter what. Good luck💪🏽
