@@james6401 it is probably a personal preference but i love the vids Hermann Neudert does so check out his work with different artists, i mostly know him through Los blenders, senor kino, Sgt. Papers so check out those i guess also worth mentioning to check out other vids from los blenders (except for surf de amor for the sake of your mind), theyre definately unique in ways and not overly mainstream

after watching the full video, i’m glad it was only the extract we saw😭i talked abt how the narrative could be suggestive of her overcoming anxieties regarding the party atmosphere- she was preparing for charging in by getting a shield (road sign) & by using her inhaler for mental armour. the narrative fragmented once she entered the party due to her unfamiliarity w the atmosphere but she was determined to find that boy anyway… hoping i didn’t just totally make all that up😭

I wrote that she was a kid who had been abandoned and felt that she had to create her own armour to protect herself as all the adults around her are ignorant and reckless,, I was sat at the back of the classroom I didn't realise she was an adult 😭

Yes, he's not a popular pop star who gets 50M in one day, but at the same time he ain't that unknown, some of his music videos have over 1 million views. Eh, I wouldn't say that. Midnite Vultures did have a dance-y, groovy, funky vibe, but in a pretty different way to this song. This song doesn't even have a funky vibe as far as I can tell, and it doesn't really have any of the hip hop vibes that Midnite Vultures has.

I feel like this song is a bit underrated. I mean, sure, Beck gets props for being a pretty genius artist....but this specific song is one of his best, imo. It's full-on pop....SUPER catchy from beginning to end. But it's kinda left-field sonically. I LOVE the chord progression in parts....especially the moment around <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="167">2:47</a>, where that chord switch up kinda elevates things melodically. Really cool.

I got in my car today and turned the radio on and this was playing. I'd never heard it before but within like 5 seconds of listening to it I just had to know what it was, haha! So catchy, I can't believe this is a song from Beck of all people but it's so awesome!

@GazB85 Hear, hear! Dexamethasone is one of the anti-nausea meds often given before a chemo session and it actually makes you feel pretty damn good for a couple of days. Unfortunately, you can then expect about a week and a half of feeling like crap that only subsides 1 or 2 days before the next treatment.

@GazB Different corticosteroid. But yes, some of them do, not usually inhalers though, the mode of action, dosage, etc. Honestly I take mine and my body is so thrilled that I can breathe again that as soon as I stop panicking and feeling claustrophobic I just pass out. But when I take prednisone it's full on throwing dishes and punching holes in walls and hurting myself and not realizing I'm bleeding and screaming at people until I'm hoarse.

This song is older than my two month old child. I didn't birth him I just donated sperm to my lady friend. But yeah this song came out on September 26th, 2016. I'd bet my wife and my lady friend on it. Beck's recent stuff is borderline pop, some of these songs are basically pop, yet somehow I still enjoy them immensely. Says a lot about a creator's talent.

Garp O. Reon he tends to do that, that is part of his appeal. He switches genre with no regard for his previous album. Morning phase was super folky and soft and it kind of reminds me of Radiohead. This album is definitely leaning more towards 2010's pop. He is a musical genius
