Everyone wants to be a champion, don't they?!
Well, if you do, then you're in luck with this video.
I recently did a video on Kim Astrup and Anders Rasmussen and their recent success on the World Tour and the major championships (European Games and World Championships).
Whilst making that video, I started to notice something...that were some valuable lessons that we could all takeaway from what Kim and Anders did.
Lessons that, if you follow, could make you a champion as well.
So, rather than keep them to myself, I thought it best to share them with all of you.
If you listen to these 5 lessons and follow what they teach you, then your badminton is for sure to improve, and in your own right, you can become a champion.

Was looking forward to this :) I think diet is heavily underestimated and I felt my speed and strength stayed more consistent in long tournaments after having more healthy and balanced meals. I think it was great that you touched on that. Great video as always 👍

Ben! Your content is fantastic and high quality. Your channel should grow exponentially despite the narrow badminton fan base. Do you plan frequent future collaborations with BWF or Antonsen etc for more traction and mutual exchange of ideas?

Victor used to crumble under pressure. LCW is also the same way in lesser degree. Kidambi always self-deprecate himself for every shot he misses. That leads to more problems. In my opinion, managing the nerves is another important aspect of a champion.

hey! It was a very helpful video i took notes while watching the video and i realized that i have been implementing this for a while now and my game has been skyrocketed. thank you very much for this, it will help many in the future. Also, could you make a video like the one you did on Zhang Ning for ''Gao Ling''? she won 2 gold, 1 silver as well as 1 bronze at the Olympics among many wins. But sadly, there is no documentary on her legendary career. hope you make one video on her soon!

In my experience, if we consistently doing planned training routine whatever happens, it will end with result. When I start to train for badminton by research on google, volleyball workouts for jump in YT in 2010's everyone laughing at me. They all are talk about u should have a coach. You are wrong. But I know I have no money. No family support, no pro badminton friends too. So I think, it is better than nothing. And it pays back. Suddenly I got an idea one day. That change my badminton. Use headset for watching badminton matches and listen to the commentries. I am not English known guy that time. I eagerly start to listening every new match commentries. Suddenly I am get famous in my district. Some coaches call me for teaching there students as assistant badminton coach too. So I can relate what Ben says here 100%
