Kelsey ~ next time zap the goat cheese in the microwave for like 5-10 seconds, makes it more spreadable/blendable. Get the food processor locked in, put blade in, do a quick test blitz (it won't run if it's not situated just right). Looks super tasty, might need go make this for Christmas!

In the future, I would try adding a little water or cream to the goat cheese & date mixture so that it blends muuuuuch easier haha. This was was such a silly, fun, and oddly relaxing video. So happy for you and Cody's lil bun on the way!

I just did a lil appetizer with the wild blueberry and lemon goat cheese in the Philo pastry cups some with fig jam and some with honey and topped with panko. Oven for 10min. Boom. So delicious.

I make stuffed croissants all the time and I brush an egg wash on top the croissants (to make them golden brown) and sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on top before baking and they look and taste much better ❤
