After my skincare routine, I like to take a short walk to my local library. There's something incredibly calming about browsing the shelves, surrounded by books. I usually pick out a new book for the week, something that sparks my interest and feels perfect for some relaxing evening reading.

While walking to my house, I plan a simple and healthy meal for the evening. This mindful cooking helps me avoid mindless snacking later on. The focus is on fresh ingredients and nourishing my body for a good night's sleep.
3. *Simple Cleaning Ritual*
After dinner, I spend a few minutes doing some light cleaning. This could be putting dishes away, wiping down the table, or tidying up the living room. It helps me feel organized and prepared for a restful sleep.
4. *Skincare Before Bed*
Taking care of my skin before bed is a crucial part of my routine. It not only keeps my skin healthy but also provides a calming self-care ritual. I cleanse my face with a gentle cleanser, followed by a toner or essence. Depending on my skin's needs, I might apply a serum or moisturizer.

I used to always be so ON THE GO. Always trying to do too many tasks together never concentrating on one thing. And now I'm learning to slow down a bit, be mindful of my daily tasks. Because I used to always feel anxious because of it, like I'm running late for something or I have to catch a train or something like that. So I really appreciate your content. ❤

Thanks! Of course, I would share about it once I'm done with it :) So far, I have learned about different studies that show the connection between mind and body, but nothing is especially new information for me yet..

I was just diagnosed with low D3 and high cholesterol, dr wrote me an RX for 5,000 D3 and Folic acid and told me to take apple cider vinegar supplements. Also high blood pressure, so I've been meditating. I work in a deli, a highly socialized environment. Very exhausting mentally and physically. I have begun " slow living'. I love to read and want to start journaling.
