Hey, ya'll! Today's video is a BEDTIME YIN YOGA practice. I don't use any props for my Yin Yoga inspired practices, but feel free to grab a pillow to use as a prop. The great thing about that is, that you can do this practice even if you don't have yoga props. While practicing Yin Yoga, we hold poses much longer than we normally would, usually 1-3 minutes (or more). During this video, we are holding poses for 1.5 to 2 minutes. The poses incorporated help to stretch the neck, back, shoulders, & hips, places where you may have built up tension throughout the day. Hopefully, this practice is nice & calming for you. At the end, I leave a black screen & some music so you can drift off to a restful night's sleep. I usually get good feedback on these Yin Yoga videos so let me know if you're still enjoying them! this was my first yin yoga ever and i luved it. i usually have lots of trouble calming my mind before bed but i truly felt relaxed after doin this tonight. thx nico 4 this practice. 🖤🧿

I loved this session. I felt so connected with my body and was able to explore the emotions that came up with each pose. 🥰 I also appreciated the screen going black and having extra music at to give enough relaxation before an ad pops up! 🤗❤️

I haven’t been doing yin yoga because I was looking for more of a heat building flow to replace my weight training. But I also want to be the type of person to do yoga first thing in the morning. I’ve been practicing for 50+ days straight but I’ve only done it first thing in the morning about 3 times. I think vinyasa is to much for me soon as I wake up but I’m definitely gonna try yin yoga instead of pushing snooze tomorrow and see how it goes.
