Total time -25 min
Cooking time -12 min for tomato pure + 3 min final cooking of soup.
For tomato pure
Tomatoes-7-8 medium size
Water-1/4 cup
Haldi-1/4 spoon
Red chilli powder-1/2 spoon
Salt to taste
Coriander roots -5gm
Ginger-2-3 Gm
Garlic-5-6 pics
Tomato BEETROOT soup
Tomato pure
Olive oil -1 spoon
BEETROOT dice- 1 no.
Onion dice -1 no small
Carrots-1/2 dice
Coriander chopped-2 Gm
Black pepper-2 Gm
Water -1/6 cup ( just little before pouring tomato pure in vegetables)
Salt to taste
For garnish-
Coriander leaves
BEETROOT leaves
Bread croutons ( use sandwich bread as used in video)
*for recipe instructions please follow step as per video.
*imp notes- don’t blend tomatoes when it’s hot always blend at room temperature to avoid any incidents.
To save time you can cook tomato pure and keep in fridge for further use.
