Can you introduce alphabet shares at a later date? I appreciate it’s not as efficient because some of the capital growth is already in the main shares. It’s a pain to get lending with alphabet shares. TMW even insists all shareholders are directors.

Hey i am interested in working with yourself. I currently work full-time in the UK. And planning to start my consultancy company and register myself as a Data Analyst. So, nothing is set on the companies house yet. When i click on the link and attempt to book a call, i am asked about my company's name and revenue. Do you not work with individuals like me who are in the process of starting a company? I am looking to start the company after planning the best/most tax efficient route, and as an Arabic speaker, move to Dubai is an idea circulating in my head.
