So, nothing is set on the companies house yet. When i click on the link and attempt to book a call, i am asked about my company's name and revenue. Do you not work with individuals like me who are in the process of starting a company? Can you introduce alphabet shares at a later date? I appreciate it’s not as efficient because some of the capital growth is already in the main shares. It’s a pain to get lending with alphabet shares. TMW even insists all shareholders are directors.

HMRC Form R43 is only for property income of less than GBP 2500.00 any more and you need to register for self assessment. I am not sure how the personal allowance is claimed in the UK as an expat but it may be via the SA109 tax return ?
