Beacuse Sir, either it is OYO or it is Maruti or it is BMW ... They are specifically aware about their TARGET CUSTOMERS as well as the intended use of their products. Gaining profit is time to time game of business. But here who are our customers defines a lot about how the product should be designed keeping in mind different parameters like quality, price,etc

Because maruti and hyundai understand the middle class people pain point... i.e.Affordablity

Because, in India most of people are coming under in middle class background and middle class people can't buy expensive cars. because, they haven't that much money...

They understand the Indian market and build product according to the customer of India, and oyo is successful because it is less expensive than other providers.

Sir it's because they provide the same service and everything at a much lesser rate as compared to BMW and other high end companies

Maybe because they are cheaper than others and tackling the needs of the consumers. As per my understanding, the reason behind a hit product/company is that they truly understand their audience and their needs.
