Buzzfeed forgot to provide them some liquid white, and don't forget the paint thinner. They can clean and dry the brush by beating the devil out of it.

Bob Ross's is the most realistic looking but interestingly enough, the variations in each of their paintings could pass as their own style or personality. Like it doesn't look bad it just looks different.

No, they were all horribly blended, but I don’t blame them since I assume that they have zero experience with the medium. The only thing I would say is accurate about all of them are the colors and the placement of the house. Everything else fails.

You made something that did not exist before, and even if you were using and following along a tutorial, it's still something that has your touch to it, something that no one else will ever be able to reproduce. I have done two bob Ross paintings, and they both turned out good!! His instructions are actually easier to follow than I thought it would be. I did have to stop it at several points to catch up. You all should try it sometime!!

random trash That's not really what Bob Ross gets at lol. They're called "happy accidents", which can be morphed into something new, covered, or improved. If you're doing realism and it doesn't look realistic, it's not your way of expressing yourself. It means you need to practice rather than make an excuse for your lack of skill. Not to be rude, but that's reality. Lucky you though, got such a nice teacher! :)

I love watching real people try to paint with Bob. I tried to do it in real time, and it was the most frustrating thing I ever did. There was no joy whatsoever, however when I did it at my own pace with pausing the show, it worked rather well. These guys expressed exactly what I went through, with about same results. I just love Bob Ross. He inspired me with the fact that anyone can paint I really believe that. The most important thing when you start to paint is to realize you should enjoy this you should be comfortable just playing with colors.
