THE WORKOUT:
superset: moving from 1 exercise to another without resting
In-between. after completing both exercises, rest.
superset | 3 sets
10 front and side lateral raise
10 side lateral raise
superset | 3 sets
10 chest press
10 close grip press
superset | 3 sets
10 bicep curl
10 tricep press
superset | 3 sets
10 bent over row
10 bent arm rear delt raise
You can also complete this workout as a circuit. You would complete each exercise, rest and repeat for 3 sets.

Liz bth I bet her following would just blow up!!! Then new followers and new people in the gym have somewhere to start and then they can begin her more challenging workouts! I love your vids whit! My husband has even commented that my shoulders are growing, so thanks for that! I would love to see a video that really targets the outer thighs and under-butt areas because those are my most stubborn. I feel like I've been on such a long gym hiatus bc of on/off sicknesses so this is amazing! PUHLEASE keep on with fire workouts like this as a beginner series. This makes me feel significantly less anxious about getting back to that fun gym phase.

Thank you whitney! I have always worked out 5 days a week cardio, alternating days with squats/push ups and planks/crunches. Never wanted or even thought about weights I am naturally more muscle for a girl and I was nervous about it adding weights and lifting. Ifinally got the courage to try weights because of you! omg the support and lift on that sports bra seems to do wonders! Im a small size and struggle with finding a right sporta bra that has just enough padding especially when I do HIIT. This might be my new fav!!

I went to the gym today for the first time in years and worked out with dumbbells for the first time ever with this workout. Felt a little silly with the 5 and 7.5 pound weights but I did the whole thing and my arms are pooped! Thanks for such a great beginner workout. Please do more beginner videos! ILYSM!

Hey Whitt I love you so much. I love your personality and I’ve been watching you for a while now. When I first started my journey I was doing amazing. Then I quit. Then I started again didn’t work out very well. Now for softball I want to start my journey again. I started this week going by what your meals and some workouts because I do work out and home. And I’ve lost 3-4 pounds thank you so much. But how do I stay motivated and keep on going. Ilysm and thank you for putting a great positive impact on my life!❤️

Hey Whitneyy, you are helping me for the third time in my life! I started following your exercises when i was in college.. I got amazing results, but each time something bad happened, I would circle back to be a couch potato.. I remember in your initial years how your father talked you to join gym and workout.. would love to know more about how you push yourselves to NOT be unhealthy again!
