1. Rock 2. Bounce 3. Bounce +chest +head+steps 4. Rock with the sides ->twice a side ->one time each side ->lower->with legs->higher 5. Normal with feet->directions/times/speed 6. Hip, chest, hip 7. Head with steps, chest with steps 8. Body wave 9. Knees out+bounce, sides, roll

finally found a longer youtube video with the girl in the white shirt and purple pants. she really makes the video so much better! i use the video to learn dancing and practice every night, couldn’t have done it without the girl with the white shirt and purple pants!! ❤️ her posture is so amazing and i can’t believe she isn’t at the front 😭😭
