I've noticed in your previous videos, you mentioned how the pedal hanger was clamping too hard on the slider tubes causing binding. My extreme feels sluggish, as if the up and down resistance is high. I checked the extreme and it appears they have a solid piece of metal in the tube at the bottom where the pedal clamps are, which I assume addresses that problem. Then I also noticed you mentioning the motor spacer, and how you were going to sand them down a little bit. Did you end up doing so? If so, did it help? When I pushed my spacer in, it took some pushing to get it in, do you think I should also try sanding those spacer a little bit to fix the alignment?
@jc84com4 ай бұрын
Yeah I sanded the motor bracket spacers to make them a bit thinner. As they are easy to re make in laser cutting and different supplier stock will vary slightly. Recommend removing the linkage to check movement flow. Especially if the unit has had some time to settle in. See where it's binding and make changes as needed for smooth motion.

@julianjc84, impassive mods! I have same issue with my pedals Master v1 being too angled steep. I noticed you ground down the metal to make pedals flat , what tools could I use or other options to resolve this? Appreciate your help.

A question: do you think it's possible to put the "Master Pro Pedal Holder" and "Master Pro Pedal Adjustment Base" on the Master to lower the pedal height???
@jc84com4 ай бұрын
Not familiar with the adjustment hanger device. However most things are possible.

Wow I have a v4 as well.. those handles are sick. I wish I knew where to even begin on how to get that on mine. Awesome work man. Also is that a Sherman half seat stuck on the back there? I am really tall and seated riding is uncomfortable I was using a yoga block but I didnt like the look, so I am looking for something better.
@jc84com4 ай бұрын
Thankyou. Indeed og Sherman seat on back. It's needs to be more forward. still working out it's position. The 100mm stanchion mod increases stock seat height 30mm And then the og Sherman seat height too I'm 183cm tall and it's very comfortable seated height

is this the updated master? looking at a purchase and it states updated version however states nothing about the updates on this wheel...yes ,my first purchase of a wheel and that is why i am asking.

Whatsup with the 70mm or 100mm handles? If I have a regular begode master should I use the 70mm version?
@jc84comАй бұрын
Factory stock master is 70mm travel And use the 70mm handle config. 100mm master, when you install custom +30mm longer stanchion poles to accommodate more travel (100mm). It adjusts the position of the batteries -18mm from the top and +12mm up from the pedals. That should explain the 70mm and 100mm

@@jc84com Did you just paste some velcro on the battery to get those pads on there? I sure hope the stock pads still fit after I put these roll cage handles on my Master. I dont know how to get other pads on without buying a whole new pad system.
@jc84comАй бұрын
@@Audiboxx you'll have to cut the corner bends off the stock pads and add some Velcro. Yes my pads are held on with Velcro, clean the boxes and pads with isopropyl, dry and adhere.
