The only way I was able to mitigate this was going to a 200mm×57mm shock. Running less pressure will just make you sag more and not softening the ride.

@@romiansobieszczanski-paszt4238 I recommend EMA linkage over Kuba. And 53 stroke is too short. You need 55 or higher

What shock absorber do you recommend to EMA linkage ?

If you lower the psi in the RT3 it will sag way too much making it loose travel and still be too stiff because you'll already be deep into the progressive dampening. I tried all the dampening settings from pressure 210-320 and nothing worked. Yes the RC3 200×57mm is a lot softer in the upper stroke but stiffens up the more it's compressed

Can you give me the right size of the Rockshox RC3 shock?

The size I'm running? The 190×51 won't have the same results I have. So I can't confirm the ride will be good. You'll get excessive sag with the 190.

Because my taillight was already modified before the shock install because it broke on day 1. So there was no reason for me to attempt upside down. You can try but the air valve may hit the linkage. But it may work

210mm is too long. I would suggest no bigger than 200mm. If you do 210×55 you'll lose quite a but of travel. 200mm×57mm loses a couple mm but it's not noticeable, but 210x55 you'll lose close to 16mm or travel

@@euc_bbq Thanks for the help!! I just got an awesome deal on a Monarch RC3 + HV in 200x57. 2 questions. Does the shock reservoir hit the euc on full compression? It looks like you have a bumper protecting the reservoir. You know where I can get one?

To make it fit you'll need to remove the taillight housing and cut the top frame just a bit. I 3d printed the taillight bumper but you can see I do not have a housing for my taillight anymore

@@euc_bbq I wonder if it would be possible to flip the shock over and run the reservoir on the bottom?
