Beijing Subway Line 11 is a short line opened by the end of 2021. Served as the Winter Olympics Shuttle, it only has 3 stops opened till now, and has a total length of only 0.96 mile (1.5km). Connecting Line 6 and Maglev Line S1 at Jin'anqiao Station, which is located at the west end of Beijing City, it travels south and goes along the east side of Capital Iron new industrial estate park, the place holding the 2022 Winter Olympics ski jumping competitions. Other areas have now been turned into theme parks and a giant convention & exhibition center.
Due to the length of the line and its distance from downtown, its daily ridership seldomly exceeds 10k, except from occasions where the convention center holds events. The line is expected to extend 1 stop northbound to Moshikou Station by the end of 2023, and extend all the way east to downtown, connecting Beijing West & South Railway Station, as well as Lize Business District by 2027.
There are totally 3 trains running on this line, each equipped with 4 A-Sized cars, and are expected to expand to 6-car-trains if ridership increases. They are manufactured by Beijing Subway Rolling Stock Cooperation, and has a top speed of 62.5mph (100km/h), though they never runs this fast as the current stations are painfully near next to each other.
As the trains have panda-like faces and interior decorations, including Olympics characters like Bing Twen Twen, the entire line looks so lovely.
While the trains of this line are designed to be fully-automatic-driving, the operator's room are still segregated by walls for some safety reasons. Additionally, operated by the 2nd branch of Beijing Subway Company, a company known for "unfriendliness" to railfans, the walls do not have railfan windows as well. However, thanks to the information provided by a local railfan, a peep hole of a train is missing, so this video could be successfully taken.

北京地铁11号线首段开通于2021年年底，定位是一条起始于京城西端-金安桥站，终到新首钢园区的“冬奥支线”。由于模式口站暂缓，只有一公里出头的长度，配合国宝大熊猫形象的前脸，以及各处张贴的冰墩墩，雪容融和运动员图案，这条线路显得格外生动可爱。
11号线仅拥有3组列车，平均间隔8分钟，主要服务于首钢会展中心，新产业园区，冬奥赛场以及周边的居民区。
