Beijing Subway Line 16 opened its first section back by the end of year 2016, which start from Xi'yuan Station on the northwest edge of downtown Beijing, and travels outbound all the way further northwest to areas behind a loaf of mountains, including Yongfeng business and technology district, and Bei'anhe community right in front of a large mountain range, surrounded by several natural scenic areas. Then by the end of year 2020, the line extends south inbound, circumventing Peking University so that the shake caused by the trains won't affect the Physics Building's experimental equipments, and connecting National Library in the center of the city. The line continues to extend south bound by the end of year 2021 and 2022, and finally, on December 30th of 2023, the entire line cut through, which has its southern section passing through Fengtai high speed Railway Station, and travelling west outbound again, all the way finally towards Wan'ping Town, the national memorial area where the World War 2 bursted out in Beijing in the history.
The line was operated by Beijing MTR, and equipped with 64 8A-sized trains, enabling wide space for large crowdflow during both rush hours and normal hours. As the door to the operator's room are non-transparent, this video was taken on the side window filming the station platforms.

北京京港地铁16号线首通于2016年年底，并多次延长后于2023年12月30日开通全线。届时，一条链接京城古今，起海淀后山，途径永丰产业园，全国文明的大学学府，运力巨大的北京丰台站，终到铭刻历史的卢沟桥的一抹“墨绿色”，重重地描绘于京城之西，8A编组宽大的列车也为沿线的居民提供了巨大的便利。
从本视频起，为保持侧面展望的连贯性，地下线路将尽量仅保留站台部分，并剪辑掉隧道的部分。
