EDIT 1: I'm so shocked no one else but one person pointed out that I accidentally used silver lining as a negative meaning instead of positive LOL It was an error from a version of the script I wasnt supposed to read but my tooth hurt too much to rerecord my mistake. HOW DID MORE PEOPLE NOT CATCH THAT THO?? Hope y’all watched to the very last second, cause that ending is top tier in MY opinion. But HUGE thanks for sticking around and watching. I promise I will get my art quality back to normal with the rest of my uploads this year, I just needed something that would be a lot easier on me physically as my body is still recovering and I don’t feel the best. If you wanna help the process along, do support me on Kofi. The money will go towards medical expenses and paying off a team so that my body doesn’t ache so bad. lol Even if you can’t support through Kofi though, just know that you watching my content is making all the difference in my life. What you do is SO inspiring to countless artists. PJ.. You really have it rough and the fact that you are fighter, punching through this wall of what seems to be a life-threatening dilemma is incredibly admiring. I wanna cry, but not in sorrow. PJ, I understand how you feel. I'm suffer chronic illness and disabilities and I felt I was alone in that, yeah I'm suffering but I don't wanna stop. It's made me feel like "what if you're not as sick or in pain as you think? What if you're faking?" But..no. It's ok to suffer for your craft, but to also take it with moderation and remember our health comes first. Thank you so so much. Please know youre not alone and that you deserve to take time. Your pain is so valid and no matter how long it takes, I love waiting for you to upload 💖🥺

As a disabled artist who’s been a fan of you for years now, I feel you on the chronic pain and mental anguish, this work takes blood sweat and tears and for creators with health issues the process of extending ourselves can sometimes seem like it’s not worth it. I actually started my KZfaq channel this year (only one video so far) because I saw your funny stories and wanted to give KZfaq a shot too since my health problems pretty much keep me housebound. Seeing you be so honest and raw about the challenges that making KZfaq videos can come with kinda gives me hope in a way, because if you can go through all that hell and still want to keep creating, then maybe I’ll be able to keep my own love of art alive too. When I just watched this video on my recommendation and I have to say I was blown away on how well the content is even though this video is for something else entirely but I felt pretty inspiring and felt pretty happy to find someone who here's the same feelings and ideas as I do even though I'm just a regular guy with a regular job I want to say to you that your inspirational you're funny you're animation stories are godlike and amazing and I hope a lot of great things come your way this year and a lot of help and support :)

As someone who has chronic pain I would say pace yourself. Only do KZfaq when you feel ok, it doesn't get better, the more you work yourself the worse it gets. Please don't strain yourself ❤️ I'd rather see one video a year than a regular schedule if it meant ur health wouldn't worsen

We gotta get you to 1 mil this is the year. Your trying and we need to make it worthwhile. Today I was having a rut and contemplated some things about my life and future. I'd like to thank you for helping me with this lovely work of art. The way you look at life and the conclusion you came up with honestly inspired me. I usually don't like using "inspired" because it's meaning has been watered down over time and doesn't seem to pack as much of a punch, but I think it fits. I love watching animations, they're so calming and matched with your wonderful voice makes it even more comforting. I'm glad this was the first video I see of you. And AWW YOUR OUTRO IS SO CUTE.

@@PantslessPajamas I honestly feel the same way. I'm a senior in high school and a complete introvert. I can self pity and loathe myself or have the strength to laugh and smile. I just wanted to say thank you for staying strong. I'm a small KZfaqr with dreams of becoming a filmmaker or animator, although I think I'll stick to it as a hobby, rather than a job. I do have a question though. What's your advice for a graduating senior about to head into college? What would you change and avoid?

I think a lot of content creators are gonna relate to you on this one. The grind to keep up with a schedule, changing trends, just coming up with ideas, etc is hella real and isn’t easy even on the best of days. And it’s not always easy to just take a break when your livelihood relies on staying relevant and consistently producing content. But I hope you’re able to find some ways to make things easier on you, so you can continue to do what you love without so much pain.

I also experience a lot of pain from PCOS and other chronic pain disorders. This was a super relatable video and I and many other artists understand how difficult it is putting out work while suffering mentally and physically. I feel you. Social media in general can be such a strain on both your mental health and physical health. As much as I love social media it can really cause some anxiety issues as well as mental health issues. I also struggle with health problems and unfortunately I am currently very ill so I understand how hard it can be to create content when you are in that state. Please take time to heal. Hello PJ , this is bedhead Ambro, I just wanna say thank u so much for everything u have done throughout the year , the first time I found ur videos was 2 years ago , I was dealing with a lot of mental health issues , and that year was one of the worst I lived through, but ur videos never failed to sheer me up , ur humor ur personality, ur wonderful animation . I used to love and anticipate ur uploads . Those last two years have been rough but thanks to ur videos I actually managed to get through with it . I know KZfaq can be tough , especially for animators who don’t have a team to support them but hey u will always have us , I am sure u know what is best for u and ur health and if that means taking a step back or changing some stuff then do it . We all support u PJ and know that even if u quite we will always be here waiting to hear ur voice again . I really hope you don't think it's a responsibility to constantly upload videos, it's true that the life of a youtuber is difficult, but what matters is your health. I wish the best of the best and no worries I can tell we won't leave you just because you don't upload a video. Y’know, PJ… I feel really proud of you for being able to talk about such a real thing. Like, people who watch videos, like oh sure, they enjoy them (heck, that’s why they’re watching), but they never know truly what the artist is feeling. They don’t know truly how much time and effort is, not only being put into working on the project, but also all the internal battles going on. The portrayer, the actor, the creator… the person. There’s SO much more going behind the scenes than you would never know just by watching their content. Sorry for ranting.

As a person who has GERD/Acid Reflux (ADHD, high blood pressure, a cataract in my right/your left "eye", muscle spasms in my lower back) I feel your pain. I know it’s hard but there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel, going through it may be scary, but getting out of it and seeing that there’s a whole bunch of people backing you up (your fans, friends, loved ones and family) always keeps you going. I’ll be praying for you that you will be successful in everything that you do and that you will be healed.❤

Girl I've loved your content since I was 14 years old . One of the hardest lessons I've had to learn, a lesson that I am still currently learning, is that you need to take breaks, you need to do things at your own pace, and you need NOT pressure yourself into pumping out content so everyone else can be happy . You're making videos because you LOVE making videos, [[and also because you need the income but uh, HA yaknow-]] So please . Please don't feel bad if ya need to take months off . Even a full year off . Take care of yourself and your body and remember We all love you so much . If you need time just take as many as you need if you need help please reach out for that help for at the end of the day your health is way more important. I can absolutely relate to everything that you're saying, especially with the health issues that we have in common. It has been happening to me alot as of 2022 and I know it's difficult to overcome these issues, but in the end, we can only push on what we can do and take it one step at a time. We also have friends and family that can support us through thick and thin and even subscribers are supporting too which is fantastic. For me, I'm still shocked that I get support through them and I'll try my best to give my all and learn how to step back and take care of my health. I know you can do that as well and you're truly amazing in your own way. Keep going at your own pace and hope everything goes into place with you. Thank you for making this video and helping us understand what you're going through. Please take care and I'm glad to take this video as advice for me personally.

I only just found you from your stream last night/ this morning... Timezones are weird. I never reallllly followed any animators on here given I am a freelance comic/cartoon/anime stylized artist one would think. But art is my current job and it does suck you dry. So glad I found you and the others it makes me feel a lil better to know that motivation, health issues and life can just be ugh, but so long as you still love it is a good take, makes me feel better for my current slump and that it won't always be like that.

I love your content, and hope you continue. Something you can do to help is merchandising, just making an item on your own site and connecting to printful is fairly easy and cheap as the order is taken over by them, they just take the price out of what goes in. Or if you want to not have a site, springtee and redbubble work as well. You basically set your designs and they sell on their site, you set the price an get the difference between that and the cost, no actual charge to you.

I wouldn't say quit, but find balance in your life. I learned that throughout multiple parts of my life. But if you feel like quitting at least do live streams. We all miss you from time to time.

First, be sure to see your dentist about your tooth. My mom and brother both cracked theirs at different points, and it sucked for them. Second, having a second job would definitely help in terms of bills, but make sure it's something you can do and has flexible hours for emergencies, trips, and working on your KZfaq. And finally, I love you and your content alot and you're one of the creators that inspired me to do animation as a career once I finish college, so you bet I'll stay and watch new and old videos to support you as best I can.
