So here it is…the long awaited recipe. I’ve been getting so many requests from you guys to make this. I have several recipes for stew chicken that I will be sharing with you over time. I love them all and I just can’t pick one.

3 ½ - 4 lbs chicken, cut up
1 tbs oil
1 tbs Season All seasoned salt
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
4 cups water
1 tsp black pepper
½ cup culantro, chopped
1 tbs recado, dissolve in water
