Nice job… similar to how we prepare it. We mix our achieve with spices and vinegar to make recado balls instead of just pure achiote. We add potatoes and carrots. Interested in your green sauce…seems like a smart fast way to add cilantro, culantro, green peppers, garlic, etc. what is your ratios and what is the binder? Coconut oil?

@MrEdChee As for the ratio I used 1 bunch Cilantro; 1 bunch Culantro; 1 head Garlic; 1 green bell pepper; 1 med yellow onion &Olive oil. Didn’t have coconut oil at the time, also didn’t have the solid recado or recado ball at time of making the video. Not so easy to get in my location.

You do realize that not all Belizean use "recado" Have you experienced a shortage of Recado in Belize? I do recall when Recado was not available. So maybe it’s safe to say I might not prepare it the same as you would?
