losing weight is an entire lifestyle change from top to bottom, from how you eat to the job you do (can't sit all day) to how much you sleep daily and much more. it's not as simple as cutting calories and working out. most people who even lose the weight gain it all right back. it's not that simple and not that easy. bollywood actors make SERIOUS money and that is their job so all they do is focus on fitness and nutrition. the common man isn't going to do that.

सर मै रोज सुबह 3, 4 किमी दौड़ता हूं मुझे दौड़ने में कोई तकलीफ़ नहीं है लेकिन दौड़ने के 30,40 मिनट बाद बायी सीना में हल्का दर्द होता है सुझाव दे 🙏

Javed khan... I am walking countinous.... From 5-6 months.... I have cut down rice and oil and all other junk food... But still i am not able to reduce belly fat.. Now I m loosing my will power... What more I can do...

If you reduce your carbohydrate intake to zero, then there may be a chance of fainting due to less glucose in brain. So reduce carbohydrate intake but don't make it zero. Good luck
