YEAH, Hemp seed oil. I have great results relieving me arthritis pain in my knees and other places so much I stopped taking my everyday arthritis meds. Oh and my leg muscles are more relaxed. It has given me better vision.

@@AJ-zv9tn hempseed oil by Nutiva from Swanson's vitamin. Take 1 tablespoon once or twice a day. And hold in ur mouth for 90seconds for most benefits go I to blood stream. I'm 70 yrs old.

Too bad the organic hemp oil is quite dear actually, and sold in small bottles, given u take it as they recommend 1 tablespoon every day it runs out in no time:(

question about hemp seeds. I understand they have a 1 to 4 ratio of Omega-3 to omega-6 which is deemed to be beneficial. My concern is with the high percentage of polyunsaturated fats which for hemp seeds is at about 75% of the hemp oil. From what I've read polyunsaturated fats can become easily oxidised in the body which is usually not good... is this correct from what you have read? If so does this not apply to hemp seedsmaking them not healthy for us in the end because of high polyunsaturated fats? Would you be able to tell me more about this as it can affect us all?

Hemp seed oil contains a high level of vitamin e, which should protect against oxidation of PUFAs.

Is it bad to take more than the recommended dosage of hempseed and hempseed oil? I take a tablespoon of hempseed and a tablespoon of hempseed oil a day. Am I taking way too much
