My doctor told me to take L Tyrosine to improve my thyroid function. My TSH was high and it did help a lot!!!!

Ltyrosine is my bestest friend. Part of what i flipped my adhd working memory to all good. * Caution* always verify yourself for contradictions...tyrosine with alcohol use can raise blood pressure dangerously.

@@majeedmohamed9523 I use NOW brand 750mg I trust it and is not expensive. I started with 1500mg 2 days. 750mg maintenance, using since 4/2023 still working for me.

I took this for nine months..whoops. got sickly from Dopamine overload. Now a ise once or twice a week if feel i need to. And replaced eith high grams protein powder.

I’ve had an amazing experience with L-Tyrosine. I would normally have to vape a little cannabis to settle down and get focused. Otherwise it could take me hours. But this supplement changed all of that, no cannabis required. I just don’t know the long term effects or if I’m supposed to cycle it.

You can continue taking L-Tyrosine daily. However, as with all supplements cycling off is important to see if you still need the continued support.

Nice video. I use it when I do work that requires a lot of concentration. However, even 500mg has a strong effect and first-time users should consider taking a smaller dose.

Nice.Iam 71 and problems from the childhood as weak brain ,noise of any types not tolerate.Mathes weak, unable to make decisions etc.Will it good for me and Vitamin B I is low

​@@OswaldDigestiveClinicso do the dopamine receptors do a big drop if u don't take it because it then needs it to work if that makes sense? I know from years of taking opiates, it takes years before the brain and neuro system start making its own dopamine because it's waiting on the drug to do the work.
